Open Khozna App → Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account & Purge Data.

Data Types Permanently Erased
- User profile info (Name, Avatar, Phone, Email, Saved Locations).
- Submitted KYC identity documents (Citizenship, Passport, Driving License).
- Room listing videos, walkthrough clips, and property photos.
- Chat history and AI search query logs.
* Note: Escrow invoices and payment receipts are retained for 3 years strictly under Nepal Statutory Tax Laws before permanent archival purge.
